We're an international team, with research insight, analytics and organisational development backgrounds. We've come together with a purpose of  tackling the big questions as to how our collective future (whether in organisations, communities or society) depends on the platforms of sharing our perspectives, making sense of ours and others' perspectives, and creating new conversations.

 

We're passionate about the philisophical questions on our collective futures, and how that can connects to the future of capitalism and democracy.

Matt has worked in capture design, data analytics, data visualisation and reporting since 2013. Integrating these skills in the domains of employee and customer experience, through to market research.

Flavio is Co-creation Designer and Partner at the Italian organisational development consultancy PeopleRise, and Member of the Faculty at the Dutch visionary educational foundation, Knowmads. Flavio has extensive experience in complexity facilitation, with multi-disciplinary interests from the arts to anthropology, and 'Teal' based cultures - having contributed to the Italian Teal company case studies and translation of the Frederic Laloux's book into Italian.

Jonathan Reams

Jonathan is professor of leadership at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is a co-founder of the European Center for Leadership Practice and the Center for Transformative Leadership. He brings awareness based leadership development practices to his work, focusing on how the inner workings of human nature can develop leadership capacities for today’s complex challenges.

 Hans has 12 years of Full stack integration experience, enterprise and App software development.

Working both on our software integration (narrative entry and interpretation features) and bespoke development for interactive data dashboard implementations across a range of open source platforms.
